This rich, raw ice cream recipe came from my dear Auntie Holly. It’s easy to make and tastes grandioso! I’m always content to spend a warm summer afternoon at my Aunt and Uncle’s house (they’re raw ice cream addicts), because it often means I get to taste-test whatever new flavors they decide to try in this cool treat.
My favorite is this basic berry recipe. It doesn’t take long to make, but it sure tastes heavenly! Use whatever frozen fruit suits your fancy. There are so many tasty options… peach, mango, pineapple, etc. Any fruit chosen is really refreshing, and I enjoy it even more, knowing how GOOD all that raw milk is for my body! I’ll just take a minute here to share some interesting stuff about raw milk:
-Raw milk may help the body produce stronger resistance to TB.
-Raw milk may prevent tooth decay.
-Raw milk may protect the human body against asthma and allergic skin problems.
-Raw milk may promote calcium absorption.
-Raw cream may help relieve joint stiffness.
Well…. I guess that means I need to eat lots of raw ice cream. YAY!
~ Aunt Holly’s Berry Raw Ice Cream ~

1 cup Raw Honey
1/2 cup Raw Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
1 Frozen Banana 2 cups Frozen Berries
2 Ice Cube Trays Frozen Raw Milk

Set frozen berries, banana and milk cubes to the side, and place all other ingredients in your Vita mix or high powered blender.
Blend until smooth, then gradually add frozen ingredients and blend on high until it’s thick and creamy.
Serve immediately or freeze and enjoy later. (Also tastes great with nuts sprinkled on top or slices of fresh banana!
